Royal Golf Villas
The Royal Golf Villas are luxury linked houses of two or three bedrooms, which offer an ideal lock-up-and-leave home overseas option. There are six different, innovative designs, adapted for a wide range of requirements and budgets. The Royal Golf Villas are situated in a quiet, wooded area of the resort, overlooking the 12th hole of the Royal Golf Course and near to the bowling lawn and the tennis centre.

The linked villas are built in clusters whereby each villa faces a different direction, gaining good levels of privacy, with up to four floors (including a basement), the Royal Golf Villas range from 200 to 247m² in area. Each one intertwines local traditional architecture with contemporary lines, where stone-clad walls and exposed timber ceiling trusses counteract modern finishes, using glass, stainless steel and wood panelling. Rooftop jacuzzi terraces, enclosed courtyards, decked terrace/barbecue areas with overflow plunge pools, and spacious multipurpose basement areas are just some of the highlights. Each villa also has private parking accessible directly from the basement, with space for a car and a golf buggy.

With construction almost complete at the beginning of 2007, 30 per cent of properties are still available for purchase.
 
Margarida Apartaments
The Margarida Apartments are luxury properties of two to three bedrooms, which offer the highest standard of accommodation without the constraints of a larger overseas property. The apartments are situated adjacent to the Royal Golf Villas, in a quiet, wooded area of the resort, overlooking the 12th hole of the Royal Golf Course and near to the bowling lawn and the tennis centre.

The interiors of the properties favour the use of natural stone and wood and ceramic tiling. The modern Alno kitchens and bathrooms include the highest quality appliances. Each apartment benefits from private access lifts directly into the hallway, double glazing and air conditioning throughout. Each apartment also has a space in a communal garage for car and golf buggy, as well as its own plunge pool or terrace jacuzzi.

With construction well underway at the beginning of 2007, approximately 10 per cent of the Margarida Apartments are still available for purchase.
 
Oceano Apartments
Positioned in a prime location in the Oceano Clube area, overlooking nature reserve as far as the ocean, the magnificent Oceano Apartments are designed with a very modern, nautical theme. They offer high quality finishes in wood, stainless steel and sandstone. Most apartments have stunning views and the beach is, of course, within walking distance.

The apartments available for sale are elevated from the street, with two bedrooms and a study or child´s bedroom. The large master bedroom enjoys a walk-in dressing room, as well as an en-suite bathroom and full sliding doors to the pool terrace. The living room, with fire-place and dining corner, also leads to the terrace and plunge pool. The contemporary-style kitchen, located on a split-level, is fully fitted with Siemens appliances. The apartments are air conditioned throughout. The development has its own carpark.
 
Violeta Apartments
The Violeta Apartments are set in a mature corner of Tennis Valley, adjacent to the Tennis Academy and all its facilities. Each building contains a limited number of apartments, and is designed in the style of a traditional, grand Portuguese villa. Each apartment within has its own entrance door and parking space. They are built to the highest specifications, with interior features including beautifully appointed kitchens and air conditioning throughout. A few studios and one-bedroom apartments remain for sale.
 
Vale das Flores
The Vale das Flores area, developed over the last three years, is a secluded, gated area in the north-west of Vale do Lobo, which looks upon the nature reserve bordering the resort and the Ocean Golf Course. The area has some plots remaining for custom-built villas, along with linked villas.

The linked villas are classic style, elegant in their simplicity. Traditional stone, tiles and plasterwork are used, twinned with modern necessities such as double glazing and contemporary finishes – bathrooms from Roca and kitchens appointed with Siemens appliances. Views from the properties´ private terraces are onto the Ocean course, with upper floors also benefiting from some sea views. The villas come with parking spaces. A number of studios and one-bedroom linked villas remain available for sale.
