Vale do Lobo takes the stress out of owning a property abroad by offering management services through the Proprietors´ Club. The services available include account management, housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance, provision of quotations for home refurbishment, insurance, security and rental of the property while the owners are not in residence, to the resort´s tourism or event clients. Members can obtain information or request assistance from the purpose built facilities, which are accessed through the Club of Clubs members´ lounge. The reception is open Monday to Friday, 10:00h - 18:00. Vale do Lobo´s Proprietors´ Club Members are issued with a Courtesy Card which provides significant discounts at shops, services and facilities throughout the resort – notably a 50% reduction on golf course titles, 55% on green fees and 20% on membership and treatments at the Royal Spa and Fitness Centre. It also permits access to the exclusive Club of Clubs members´ lounge and free use of the resort´s circuit bus. |
The Club Members Association (CMA) is an organisation comprised of Proprietors Club Members, which liaises with the Vale do Lobo management on issues of joint concern and to oversee the interests of members throughout the year. Formed in 1989, the CMA represents the vast majority of the property owners before public and private entities. It also develops social, cultural and sporting activities for its members, family and guests, including weekly bridge evenings, a painting group, and numerous cocktails and dinners throughout the year. Current President of the General Assembly is Neil Durden-Smith OBE and Chairman of the Executive Committee is Brian Griffin. |
