A private instructor to teach, assist and encourage a trainee of any sport at any level, including access to fitness classes.
Recommended for medical conditions such as; diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, obesity, injury recovery, posture correction, stress, weight control.

The vibrating plate works out all parts of the body.
A supervised session on this vibrating plate works out all parts of the body.
