Find out how Pilates can benefit children from an early age!

This practice not only strengthens muscles, but also promotes flexibility, coordination and body awareness from an early age.

Adjusted to children's needs and abilities, each children's Pilates session provides a safe and fun environment to explore movements that improve their posture and balance.

With many advantages such as balanced muscle development, improved concentration, flexibility and stress management, the classes are a great way to introduce little ones to healthy habits while having fun and developing fundamental motor skills.

Ages: between 6 and 15

Minimum participants: 3

Event lasts: 45 minutes
