The production will feature several national and international renowned soloists such as Adrián Rodriguez van der Spoel in the musical direction and Marcos Magalhães on the harpsichord.
Explore Europe with the Continental Journey Concert on Saturday, 10th June with a performance by the Coro dos Amigos do Museu choir from São Bras de Alportel, a choir with members from across the world. During the performance the choir will be presenting various pieces, including Gloria by Vivaldi and Haydn’s Insanae et Vanae Curae, taking the audience on a trip around Europe with other pieces from France, Spain, Portugal, Britain, Holland and Austria.
To close the summer season Vale do Lobo will be welcoming back the talented Al-Mouraria group for a very special Fado concert on 16th September. During the concert the group will showcase a fusion of Portuguese Fado with Latin Tango as well as a selection of some of the best loved Fado classics performed on the Portuguese guitar, classical guitar, double bass and accordion while accompanied by two superb female voices.
