With Vale do Lobo Resort introducing a phased opening plan, we also felt that it was crucial to amend our holiday booking policies.
We want to assure our future guests, not only that Vale do Lobo is safe and ready to welcome you, but also that we care deeply about your confidence to travel again. Therefore, we allowed anyone who has bookings at our villas and apartments in April or May to re-schedule their stay free of charge.
Even our non-refundable policies are now flexible giving you peace of mind – an opportunity to change your travel dates up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
We know that many of our owners and their relatives can’t wait to visit and we do hope this will make it just a bit easier.
