The unrivalled Vale do Lobo Management Pack provides a full range of property management services, focused on caring for your home as if it was our own.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Administration & utilities payment (also available as a stand-alone service): 

  • All  expenses are itemised with monthly report statements explaining each transaction.

  • In short, we pay your bills on time, so that’s another weight off your mind.


Technical services:

  • Periodic verification of electric appliances, plumbing installations, heating & cooling systems.

  • Minor repairs (materials not included).

  • Call-out fees included.

Villa supervision:

  • Regular visit to the property for airing.

  • Two general inspections per year for verification of the overall condition, indoor and outdoor; Call-out fees included.

  • Regular reports including suggestions for technical interventions.

  • Team assisted by a bespoke property management software.

 


ADMINISTRATION & UTILITIES PAYMENTS

All expenses are itemised, to record all financial information and draw up monthly report statements that explain each transaction. 

CALL-OUTS
Maintenance & Repairs

High quality maintenance is essential to have a continuous return on your property investment. Our regular and efficient maintenance service is offered by a team of specialized technicians prepared to respond quickly and assist with minor repairs.

Resort Control

In order to guarantee the full security of your property, we provide assistance with various requests, such as opening the door, disconnecting the alarm and escorting designated third parties. This service is provided by our Resort Control team which operates 24h/365 days.

*Resort Control Call-outs: Property Management Pack Clients - First hour free; Property owners with Vale do Lobo Rental Agreement - free during the contractual availability period.

**Maintenance Call-outs: 2 free requests/year (up to 1 hour/each); Property Management Pack Clients - included; Property owners with Vale do Lobo Rental Agreement - free during the rental availability period.

 


HOUSEKEEPING
