MOBILITY AND MUSCLE CONTROLClinical Pilates is a method of exercise designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body by lengthening and firming muscles. The focus of the class is on posture, core stability, balance, control, strength, flexibility, and breathing. This is about helping your body to carry out its day-to-day activities, but also about building long-term benefits.
Everybody can benefit from Pilates – you too.

Our online classes will be carried out via Zoom to make sure our instructors can apply the usual level of personalization and supervise you while you’re training with them.
Booking your online class is as easy as booking all our usual experiences:
- Click on the SIGN-UP button, provide necessary details and you’re ready to go.
- You will receive an automated confirmation email from Eventbrite platform including your link to the activity & login details.
- On the day of your class please make sure you have a good working computer/laptop ready with audio and camera or a mobile phone with Zoom application.
