Full Moon Ritual

Venue: Vale do Lobo Auditorium

Since ancient times, it is recognised that the moon has the power to displace large bodies of water, like oceans, influencing all life in this planet. While the moon passes through its four phases, its cyclic movements create some sort of rhythm, a constantly shifting dynamic energy. Our behaviour and reactions to stimuli are strongly influenced by the lunar cycle. The purpose of this session is to learn to take advantages from this rhythmic cycle and enjoy the energy felt in the moment to the maximum, while you work to balance your emotions.
