Art Exhibition  - Soft Horizons

Aderita Artistic Space Gallery and Vale do Lobo Art Gallery are pleased to invite you to the official inauguration and launch of the art exhibition SOFT HORIZONS on the 2nd of June from 17:30h to 19:00h at the Art Gallery, located in Vale do Lobo Shopping.
The art exhibition will be open to the public from 2nd to 25th June 2023, Monday from 14:00h to 18:00h and Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00h to 18:00h. Admission is free

Alex Kuznetsov's works are large-scalecanvases featuring soft, blended brushstrokes in muted shades of blues, yellows, and oranges. The paintings are evocative of landscapes, but not quite recognizable as such, with soft horizons that blur into the surrounding colors. 
The works are simultaneously calming and captivating, drawing the viewer in with their gentle, soothing quality. Pierre Terver’s works, on the other hand, are smaller in scale but no less impactful. Using a combination of in-camera and exposure techniques, the artist has created a series of images that evoke the same sense of softness and haziness as the paintings. 
The photographs are abstract monochromatic images of natural scenes, such as seascapes and beaches, with soft horizons and blurred edges that lend the images a dream-like quality. Through his photographs, he is drawing the viewers into a peaceful and contemplative state of mind. 
Together their works create a cohesive and immersive experience for the viewer. The exhibition is designed to be a peaceful and 
contemplative space, encouraging visitors to slow down and take in the soft, ethereal beauty of the displayed works.
