SUSPENSION WEIGHT TRAINING
TRX training is based on functional training using the weight of the body, combining various physical capabilities such as strength, endurance, flexibility, cardiorespiratory capacity with great emphasis on the preponderance of the core work. It is a workout that favours the increase of the metabolism, since it uses several muscles simultaneously to obtain the necessary stability to perform the exercise.

- Most of our activities are organised outdoors
- We ask you to book in advance, ideally online or at Reception
