Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India. First codified by the sage Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras around 400 C.E, the practice was in fact handed down from teacher to student long before this text arose. Yoga allows us to reconnect with ourselves, every moment of the class, through various exercises where we work on "being present here and now". The benefits on a physical, emotional and mental level are immense and greatly improve the quality of life. And what better way to work out than through an online ZOOM class, facing the challenge safe at home, head-on, distant but still together.

Our online classes will be carried out via Zoom to make sure our instructors can apply the usual level of personalization and supervise you while you’re training with them.
Booking your online class is as easy as booking all our usual experiences:
- Click on the SIGN-UP button, provide necessary details and you’re ready to go.
- You will receive an automated confirmation email from Eventbrite platform including your link to the activity & login details.
- On the day of your class please make sure you have a good working computer/laptop ready with audio and camera or a mobile phone with Zoom application.
