Spikes is a hugely popular Mediterranean and modern European restaurant in the Parque do Golfe, run by Chef Maurice Belhaj and his family. Menu classics include duck breast salad with foie gras and roasted lamb carré with spinach gratin. Their unmissable desserts include the legendary apple and blueberry crumble.
