Cancellation policy: semi-flexible - cancellation up to 2, 7 or 15 days before date of arrival

Payment policy: a 50% deposit (non-refundable) of the total booking amount is required upon booking confirmation, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 2, 7 or 15 days prior to arrival.
