Our Property Services packages take the stress out of owning a property abroad, and includes; payment of bills, preparation and sending of accounts on a monthly basis, internet access to your personal members account; reception facilities for your family and guests, Villa supervision & Technical services, a weekly property inspection and access to maid service.

Costs are based on the number of bedrooms within the property and start from as little as €135 per month.
 





Housekeeping Services

Our dedicated and professional Housekeeping team offer a range of cleaning services to suit all requirements:

  • Villa supervision

  • Daily or hourly maid service

  • Linen Pool for Rental guests
  • Specialised cleaning of upholstery, soft furnishings, carpets and rugs;
  • Specialised cleaning of exterior furniture and appliances as well as power washing of terraces, decking and pool areas.

For Members arriving on a late or early flight, our Houskeepers can also arrange a food parcel, with specific items ready for your arrival.

Pool & Jacuzzi Maintenance Service

Our experienced and professional team provide a complete cleaning, maintenance and repair service for your pool or jacuzzi.

Our Pool/Jacuzzi cleaning service is carried out twice a week during the summer and once a week during the winter.

The service includes:

  • backwashing
  • cleaning of the filters
  • chemical testing
  • heating check
  • application of chemicals (if required)
  • monitoring of all pool room equipment to ensure that your pool runs correctly.

Regular servicing of your swimming pool equipment is vital to ensure you get the most from your pool while promoting longevity.

Telephone & Internet Service

Vale do Lobo internal telephone system

Vale do Lobo has an internal telephone system which allows Resort Members to contact the various facilities within the Resort for a small annual fee.

You can call the Reception to book a round of Golf or a Spa treatment or make a restaurant booking. Villa to villa calls within the same system are also free of charge.

The Vale do Lobo Internet Service is available to Resort Members and can be provided upon the installation of the required equipment.

Vale do Lobo is a safe and secure resort with 24 hour security patrols, surveillance and a strong security presence, however for peace of mind the resort offers a comprehensive state of the art security service.

Technical Services

Our professional Technical Services team provide a complete House Check Service for Resort Members.

Your property is checked on a regular basis, with all appliances verified and  electricity, water and gas consumptions registered. Monthly invoices are monitored to evaluate the running costs of your property, with the aim of reducing future costs.

We understand that it is essential when owning a second home to receive regular updates on the services provided to your property. A quarterly Activity Report provides you with an indication of the services performed. Inspection visits focus on identifying maintenance and security issues in and around your home, which once determined can be addressedof by our team of specialised technicians.

Our professional technical services team are available 7 days a week and provide  assistance with minor repairs to Resort Members such as:

  • Door locks
  • Replacement keys
  • Minor repairs to doors
  • Windows and shutters
  • Checking of appliances
  • Lighting
  • Bathroom fittings
  • Etc. 
     





Interior Design

In collaboration with renowned interior designers Maria Raposo and Alquatro, we are able to  provide proposals for any type of decoration or refurbishment works, without additional project or delivery costs.

Our Interior Design consultant can offer advice and assistance on the various options available, from soft furnishings to the latest in classical or contemporary designs.
