The Pilates studio is a space where you will find the ideal calm and serenity for a moment of body and mind training. The Pilates method promotes strength and mobility, combining principles such as concentration, control and breathing. Through active stretching work we can achieve greater ranges of movement and thus improve the quality of everyday movements, creating a feeling of greater overall agility.
The classes last approximately one hour, are individual or in pairs, and the training is always focused on the individual needs of each student. The teachers of the studio are physiotherapists with a basic training, which gives them a more clinical and thorough look at the human body.
