Resort Shuttle
The convenient and comfortable way to travel.
Vale do Lobo is one of the largest resorts in Portugal. Still, with our unique dedicated Resort Shuttle service, it’s always easy to get around.
Resort Shuttle availability and times
The Resort Shuttle is reserved exclusively for Vale do Lobo Card holders (Resort Members, Family, Guest and Welcome Card holders).
This service is available 24h/7, 365 days per day year.
During the summer season, the service is reinforced with more shuttles and drivers to fulfill the demand of clients’ requests. In order to reduce the waiting times, the service is totally on-call.
Throughout the rest of the year, the Resort Shuttle is available ‘On Call’. Please contact the helpline through (+351) 289 353 355* or internal extension 3355.
Guests and property owners should call the helpline to request the On-Call service at any time of the year.
There are 11 clearly marked shuttle stops around the resort that correspond to stops highlighted on the map. Route maps are also located in each stop.

Safety & Security
Creating an environment where owners, guests and their families feel entirely safe.
Vale do Lobo boasts a dedicated Security Department, providing round-the-clock vigilance and assistance in the event of an emergency, through co-operation with the local authorities.
All members of the Security Department are qualified in first aid and certified by the National Firefighter School (ENB), attending recurring training sessions.
24-hr CCTV, operated by Strong Charon, ensures safety in the main areas of the resort.
Defibrillator machines – equipment to restore a regular heartbeat in the event of cardiac arrest – are located around the resort.
