- Failure to attend or cancelations made less than five hours before an appointment will be subject to the full payment of the treatments or services previously booked, in accordance with our cancelation policy.
- Vale do Lobo cardholder discounts apply to most treatments and memberships.
- The Wellness Centre may only be used by over 16s. Under 16s may only use the Fitness Centre accompanied by a personal trainer.
- Memberships are not transferable or refundable, but may be upgraded to a different type of membership on request.
- Wellness Centre day passes or membership cards must be shown to gain access to the facilities. Lost or stolen cards must be notified to the Wellness Centre reception immediately.
