Typologies: Offer applies to apartments and townhouses (villas are excluded)

Cancellation and payment policy: Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the total amount of the reservation. No-shows or cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival will incur the total charge of the reservation.

Flexible booking for peace of mind: change your booking dates for free up to 7 days prior to arrival on medium and high season and up to 48 hours prior to arrival on low season. The amount paid will be held as a credit for up to one year.
