Villa supervision

Regular visit to the property for airing.
Two general inspections per year for verification of the overall condition, indoor and outdoor; Call-out fees included.
Regular reports including suggestions for technical interventions.

Periodic verification of electric appliances, plumbing installations, heating & cooling systems.

Maintenance & Repairs

High quality maintenance is essential to have a continuous return on your property investment. Our regular and efficient maintenance service is offered by a team of specialized technicians prepared to respond quickly and assist with minor repairs.

*Resort Control Call-outs: Property Management Pack Clients – First hour free; Property owners with Vale do Lobo Rental Agreement – free during the contractual availability period.

Resort Control

In order to guarantee the full security of your property, we provide assistance with various requests, such as opening the door, disconnecting the alarm and escorting designated third parties. This service is provided by our Resort Control team which operates 24h/365 days.
