The new Tinto restaurant at Vale do Lobo promises to deliver the true flavours of Portugal. Managed by the resort, Tinto honours traditional taverns across the country, where farmers and fishermen would stop for a bite on their way home, serving an exquisite selection of 40 or so regional “petiscos” (sharing plates).
The immersive culinary experience will see regional specialities paired with a superb selection of wines, all of them Portuguese and many available by the glass.
