Top-of-the range equipmentBikes, stairmasters, rowing machines and treadmills are included in the aerobic equipment – all new models, low impact, better for the joints.All the usual weights machines are available, as well as equipment new to the market such as a "radiant" – a new type of complete body workout machine, the first to arrive in the Algarve – and a "Power Plate" – a vibrating plate which provides resistance training by evenly distributing vibrations throughout the body, and works out all parts of the body very effectively. |
Personal trainingAt the Fitness Centre, there is always a qualified trainer on hand to help and advise clients in getting the best benefits from the machines. Personal Trainers are also available on request, creating combined programmes where different types of exercise complement each other and best fit each member´s needs.Daily access to the Fitness Centre, including unlimited fitness classes and access to the Turkish bath and hammam is €15,00, and a weekly pass is €35,00.
