Timetable: Monday to Friday from 08:00h – 20:00h | Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays from 08:00h – 13:00h and 14:00h – 17:00h

Personal Training (private sessions)
A private instructor to teach, assist and encourage a trainee of any sport at any level, including access to fitness classes.
Recommended for medical conditions such as; diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, obesity, injury recovery, posture correction, stress, weight control.

Physical Assessment
Assess your body! Height, weight, blood pressure evaluation, cardio-evaluation, measurements, flexibility, resistance and strength.
