Smash is on the cusp of launching its new restaurant menu, celebrating creativity in the kitchen.
Designed to highlight local ingredients, while adding unique flair with contemporary techniques, the new dishes include imaginative appetizers and carefully executed main courses.
For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert menu has also been given careful consideration. Inspirational new puddings will complement the exciting gastronomic journey at Smash this spring.
