Balancing intensity, strength, mobility and recovery is the key to a successful, smart strategy for achieving consistent fitness results and long-term health goals. This philosophy underpins the Fitness Centre class plan, providing a complete, structured programme for overall wellbeing.
For intensity with purpose, classes like CrossTraining and Fullbody increase muscle mass, improve bone density, accelerate metabolism and strengthen joints, contributing to a more resilient and functional body.
Fightclub, a dynamic class inspired by combat arts, also develops strength, coordination and endurance.
To improve cardiorespiratory capacity and metabolic efficiency, HIIT is the ideal high-intensity class, while Hyrox, which combines running and functional exercises, is perfect for enhancing physical and mental endurance. Add in Cycling and you’ve got an excellent way to work the cardiovascular system with low joint impact.
Balancing the challenge and physical evolution of these classes and supporting recovery are Pilates, Stretching and Yoga. Pilates strengthens the core, improving posture and stability. Stretching increases flexibility and reduces muscle tension. And Yoga works on mobility, balance and breathing, as well as stress management. It’s a winning combination for sustainable progression and injury prevention.
Classes also include Low Pressure Fitness, focused on deep activation of the core and pelvic floor through hypopressive techniques, to promote better posture and functional health.
By combining these approaches, you can train consistently, reduce overload and keep your body prepared for new challenges. That’s why the Fitness Centre has developed a programme that integrates all of these approaches strategically with a clear objective: to enhance health, longevity and quality of life – so you can feel stronger, more mobile, more confident and more energetic.
All classes, more than 20 per week, are included in Fitness Centre membership, ensuring variety, consistency and choice for all levels, so you can transform not just your body but the way you live.
