TINTO GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Restaurante Tinto, located at Vale do Lobo Praça, Algarve, Portugal (“the promoter”).

Acceptance of Terms

By entering this giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood and accepted these terms & conditions.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees of Vale do Lobo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on the date and time of publication of the official giveaway post on Instagram and closes on 2nd July 2026 at 23:59 (WEST/GMT+1).

Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow @tinto_vdl on Instagram;
• Like the official giveaway post;
• Tag another person in the comments section of the giveaway post.

Multiple entries are permitted, provided a different person is tagged in each comment. Comments containing offensive, inappropriate, unlawful, or fraudulent content will be disqualified.

The Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One dinner for two (2) people at Restaurante Tinto, Vale do Lobo;
• Maximum total value of €150 (one hundred and fifty euros).

The prize:

• must be redeemed in a single visit;
• is non-transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any alternative prize;
• is subject to availability and prior reservation;
• cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.

Any amount exceeding €150 will be payable by the winner.

No refund, credit or cash alternative will be provided if the total bill is less than €150.

Prize Validity

The prize must be redeemed by 30 November 2026.

Blackout dates may apply, including public holidays, special events and other dates determined by Restaurante Tinto.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

The draw will take place within five (5) working days following the closing date.

The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

The winner will be announced on 3rd July 2026 through the official Instagram stories of @tinto_vdl and contacted directly via Instagram direct message from @tinto_vdl only.

The winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial contact.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified timeframe, or is deemed ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first name, Instagram username and/or image may be used by the promoter for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the giveaway, without additional compensation.

Data Protection

Any personal data collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the promotion and handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary for the administration of the giveaway or where required by law.

Liability

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, equipment malfunction, network issues or any other reason beyond its reasonable control.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend, or withdraw the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Restaurante Tinto and not to Instagram.

Governing Law

These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

Any disputes arising from this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
