New Activities at the Fitness Centre

A unique new training programme has arrived at the Fitness Centre, promising to revolutionise your workouts: Fight Club, this training combines kickboxing, boxing, judo, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga techniques to effectively and strategically develop your martial arts skills. It also includes personal defence components, essential for boosting self-confidence and the ability to handle life’s challenges. Focusing on overall wellbeing and mind-body connection, Fight Club not only strengthens the body but also offers a journey of self-discovery and emotional growth.

Classes are held on Tuesdays at 10:00h, but you can also opt for individual sessions with Personal Trainer Ricardo Costa for a personalised workout tailored to your needs.

In addition to Fight Club, the Fitness Centre is introducing new activities this February to diversify your training and cater to different preferences, like Cardio Conditioning, Stretch Balance Pilates, Feel the Pump, Dance Class (Zumba) and Joint Mobility.
